Yorkieluv is right. You have need to prevent the hypoglycemia. The best way I know to do this is to make sure she is eating. I just went through this with my new little one. She would not eat at all and became hypoglycemic. Try this hypoglycemic recipe that I got here off YT:

1/2 cup goat's milk
1/2 cup Gerber rice cereal
1 jar of Gerber's baby meat (I used beef)
1 tsp. karo syrup

It orginally used half and half but I replaced it with the goat's milk at the vet's suggestion because it is easier on their digestive system. You need to feed her at least every 2 to 3 hours. Use a syringe if you have to, your vet can give you one. I don't know how much she weighs but my Lily was 8 oz and we gave her 1 to 2 ccs every 2 hours. Ask your vet how much to give Sophie.

I would also continue the nutrical, giving her two pea sized amounts every few hours. Put it on the roof of her mouth if she will not take it voluntarily.

You may also want to give her a liquid diet supplement. My vet had a great one called Rebound. It's made for cases just like this and will give her all of the vitamins and nutrients that she needs. We gave Lily 1 to 2 oz daily. Ask you vet how much to give Sophie based on her weight. Again, if she will not voluntarily drink it, use a syringe.

Hopefully this is just a small hump that you need to get Sophie over. We did this for three weeks with Lily and she is now a very very fiesty little pup with an abuntance of energy and now eats regular puppy food like a little pig (I give her the Chicken Soup brand and add in rebound because she is still very tiny)

Good luck and please let us know how she is doing
