First off she should have stayed with her mom till around 12 weeks of age. Next, puppies should NOT have shots till they are at least 14 weeks of age. They are protected till around then, and giving them shots too early compromises their immune system.

A puppy that young needs to eat 5 or 6 tiny meals a day, and also have a tube of Nutri-Cal on hand and give her about a dime size once a day.
