I am so sorry that you're going through this! We went through some scares just like this when Miko was a pup...It's much easier to prevent hypoglycemia than to treat it...You have to catch it before it happens. Keep feeding her small amounts every 2hrs. Force feed with a syringe if necessary.
We took Miko in to the emergency vet one night when he was a pup because he was having a hypoglycemic episode that he wasn't coming out of and they checked his blood sugar and of course it was low, and they wanted to run some blood tests, so we went ahead and did that. From the looks of the bloodwork, it looked to me as if it could be liver shunt, but the stupid vet said that was impossible because he was too young. That's ridiculous because liver shunt is congenital! Well, they kept telling us it was not possible so we believed them. Months later we had him bile acid tested and turns out he did. He also had a seizure a few days before his appt. and had no other "apparent" signs. I'm not trying to scare you, but maybe you can get a bile acid test done on your baby. It's anywhere from $50-$100 depending on where you live.
