You ROCK Kimberly. I know you would never steal a dog and don't know where that came from but you did step up and give that baby some water and that makes you a great person in my eyes....I know how much you care and how this must be bothering you - it would me too.....You'll do what's right and if I know you like I think I do the dog Will be better off....follow your heart girlfriend. If that poor dog is out there with no food or water that IS NEGLECT and very abusive.
