what about the little boy?Hs sounds like he would be heart broken if you were to take/cause her to be removed from the home and would you really want to continue to live next door to people you have hurt? I think you should try to educate the boy on proper care since she is his pet and talk to the mom again about the neds she needs.If all else fails try to buy her if you can take on another pet or call the animal shelter. grooming is secondary to health and she has to get that baby medical care. good luck and she is precious. |
