I think you should mind your own business.T he dog looks fine to me.I do understand your concern about the dogs safety but I think reporting the woman is going to far.If you want to help just go over there and talk to her about the chi that got killed and how her dog is behaving when she is gone.Sometimes thats all it takes.I think try to help first and then if she doesn't respond call proper authorities last resort is the mgr.(ps. if they don't already know(dog barking) they must be lax anyhow and probably won't do anything) JMO! |
