Please take Harley to your vet and let him know he has eaten the food from the recall. The reports indicated kidney and liver failure from the rat poison they think was in the wheat gluten. Unfortunately from what I've heard, Menu Foods will only reimburse your vet bills if you still have the opened containers of the recalled foods that match the serial numbers of those recalled. But, at the very least your vet may treat Harley differently knowing this and you will have a record of his illnesses. At the very least, he should have a complete blood panel done to check kidney and liver function. Good luck and keep us posted.
