Where I live our property backs up to apartment, the one closes to me are townhouses, I try to stay out of their business but I don't know what to do...there is a lady with two kids, the teenager is always up to something, but I don't say to much to them, just to stay on there side, but any way they are goverment subsized and are not allowed pets...they have had this yorkie for months, they try to hide it but now they are leaving it on the back porch with no one home...I am so mad I want to call animal control or the manager but my dad said it isn't my business...What should I do guys...I don't know when they will be home, and I don't know if they do this all the time, because I took the day off, and I usually work during the week...I need your advise....
I am going to sneak over and take pics so you can see how they left it and tell me what you think...
