There was a puppy mill rescue in ND and all the dogs were brought to MN to get them healthy and adopt them out. There were over 83 moms and puppies - all Golden Retrievers. They are SOOOO beautiful. They said they are hoping they will be adopted into homes with another dog because they don't really know how to be dogs.
It's so sad. There are so many puppies and they are adorable! All the mom's are friendly and gentle - just not used to being around humans very much.
I'm so glad they are saved! They figure it will cost the rescue group over $25,000 to give them vaccinations, get them healthy, etc....
