I accidentally left her Nutri-Cal at my office & felt like the worst mommy in the world. So... while he sugar watered her I made a mad 15 minute dash to my office. On the way back he called and told me I just needed to get her to the vet or she was gonna die. The sugar water hadnt worked and he didnt think the Nutri-cal would either.
About 7 mins after getting off the phone with him I walked in the door. To my surprise she was standing in my living room floor. He said she had just all of the sudden woke up. I gave her the Nutri-Cal and within about 30 mins she was back up.
i dont't know how to deal with this. My heart breaks. I can't imagine that it is good for her body to go through this. Are there any suggestions anyone can give me. I am calling the breeder today.... I feel she DEFINATELY needs to know that this puppy was NOT ready to leave.
I am going to post this in the sick section also since celebrating "My Yorkie" isnt quite teh place to have such downing news. |
Oh My Gosh how scary! I have never dealt with the sugar lows. Has your vet given you any suggestions? Did you call the breeder. Poor little girl! And poor you too! Have you tried a new food? Maybe she isn't too fond of the food she is eating. How scary!
