Whenever I get really stressed and I'm at home, I either go upstairs and take a long nap in my bed or go up there and listen to a calming CD with my headphones on. But lots of times were not home, when that mood hits us, so if I can, I take a walk other than that, I just wish I could either scream my head off

or cry my eyes out
