What an ordeal to keep going through. Is Sophie eating any better? Have you tried food other than dog food; boiled chicken, rice, yogurt, cottage cheese? Anything she will eat is better than nothing. Regular Nutrical can also take away their appetite even more, so you need to be somewhat careful with that.
I'm sure you've already tried just about everything, but keep at it. Keep Karo in her water, offer some Pedalityte or Gatorade as well, plus any food you can get her to eat. Keep in mind that if she is small, a tsp of food every two hours will keep her belly pretty full. Most pups will eat HoneyNut Cheerios as treats, try these as well.
