Keep forcing fluids and try to get some food into his tummy. It's very important that he eat something, but please don't try a bunch of different stuff to tempt him, as that can upset his tummy even more

If you don't have any of this stuff, you can boil some chicken breast and grind that up with some plain white rice and try that.
