I gate a part of the house so Maxi stays in one area. She isn't allowed to run around the rest of the house until she ALWAYS goes on her weewee pad. Then i slowly give her a little bit more and more room as the weeks go by. It seems to do the trick.. there is also a spray that you can use on the weewee pads that gets the puppies to go on the pad.
