When I was looking for Chloe I got about 5 replies from Cameroon and one from New Mexico. They were all clearly scams.
I got 2 or 3 with very poor grammar like the one you got. One was from a "minister." Every other word was something religious trying to entice me into buying it. He even said something about being so happy that he found a wonderful Christian to adopt his puppy. All I had said to him before then was "How much is your puppy?"
There are so many scams out there and I hope no one gets sucked in, though I know many do.
