I second Erin's nominations for books (although I haven't read the one by Deborah Wood). Don't Shoot The Dog and Click for Joy are also excellent.

To be very honest, though, I get most of my information from the internet these days and there is an amazing amount of good stuff out there. You just have to be careful, though, because some is better than others.
