I'v had NO problems with Dooney, Coach, LV and Gucci.
Now Michael Kors is another stoy. TWO of my new bags have had something fall off of them. MK doesn't do repairs but they do allow you to exchange/return the bag. I'd still buy MK because I love the style (especially the new MK logo design -- totally cute and I have 2 of those bags already) but I'm disappointed that this happened to me twice. It makes me question the quality. I also had the strap to a Fendi bag break but they allowed me to exchange it.
