Smokey was found by her owner in WWII when he was serving in New Guinea. She weighed 4lbs and ran wires through pipes (3 day job for men to do) in two minutes. She later had her own TV show! Check it out! I have to buy the book, its so interesting. Anyone that likes Yorkies will love this story! |
This is a wonderful story, and Bill Wynn is on a list I am a member of. There is also a memorial to Smokey that was dedicated this past year. Bill has since had a couple of other yorkies as pets, but Smokey was 1 of a kind.
