I have 3 or 4 kongs in my my pups all the time. I use the bottle of kong stuff you spray in it. I don't fill them up all the time but they are in there with them all the time.
When Jersey was with me she had them at her disposal all the time, only they weren't always filled with stuff. I think she had one filled once
