I personally called breedersclub.net and talked with someone regaurding this "woman" and he really didnt seem like he was going to do anything. I'm not sure if you have to pay to advertise on there or not, but I'm guessing if she pays her dues, there not going to do anything.
I have thought about emailing her under a different name.
