I was excited to see the results too! I did prefer Derek over Austin or Max but after Derek was booted, I was rooting for Max. Like the judges said..... he's not the most "conventional" Danny but Austin was a little too "strutty". Is that a word? He was like a peacock! Gotta hand it to Ashley and Austin though.... having to jump right in there for the final song right after getting booted. That must have been hard!
I wish I could see the Broadway show but don't think it will be coming to TX any time soon. I did see a Grease production in College Station (MSC Opas production if anyone is familiar) a couple years ago and loved it. I'm a huge Grease fan from way back!
