I have two Bichons, one weighs 12 pounds and the other weighs 13 pounds. It's hard to tell when they're puppies, for sure. My two came from two different places and we didn't know what we were doing when we got them, but both of them are perfect. I know of a Bichon who weighs 33 pounds and he's absolutely gorgeous and a Bichon through and through! A lot of the Bichons I know are around 18-20 pounds or more. Bichons or Yorkies, size doesn't seem to matter at all. We love them just the same.
