i usually train them by putting them on the hardness and leash...start calling their name and once they come to you..you must give her a treat to keep her attention and praise them so they understand that this is a good behavior to do not a bad one...continue to do this for about 15 mins day everyday and she will understand that the hardness & leash isn't a bad thing to wear. i hope that this makes sense & i hope that this helps ya !!
