Congratulations on your new little girl! Like Villette said they really don't shed, except when you brush them you will get some excess hair out on the brush or comb. If she is really "shedding" on your furniture etc. you need to get her to see a vet and make sure that nothing is wrong. The puppy hair will take al least a full year to totally change to their adult coat...
