as long as you don't get the stitches wet you can use a damp wash cloth to clean small areas at a time. like washing the face. do one area...let it dry and then do another area. that is what I did for mine. I use a little bit of leave in conditioner in the water with a small baby wash cloth. just make sure you avoid the area that was cut.
