I also agree that have to do with the personalities and the way the breeder work with them I only have Phoebe she was 3 month old (I think) and she is a sweet, loveable, lap little dog who loves to follow me and please us,but she is also very valient not easy to scare, she is 11 month old and 100% potty train since she was 5 month old (I think) she is so good.
