Hi! Sounds like your baby is trying to be in charge. Try holding her on the carpet on her back for 30 seconds a few times a day. This will help her see you as the leader.
When she bites your feet, is she playing? Either way, try saying "NO!" to her very sharply.
I have a rule that my dogs aren't allowed to use their teeth on me. When I was training my puppy that, I'd say no, bop him lightly on the snout, and ignore him for a while. That solved the problem.
