I LOVE USAA for everything but the banking. It was good in that I got interest, but I had to use another ATM and there was the time involved. I use them for everything else. My dtr got her first pre-paid credit card when she was 16 and when she turned 18, they gave her a regular credit card - a college card - low interest, no fee. I wish they had offices all over.
