has anyone does this? what is the key?
we live on a first floor flat, out of 3 flats, and there are two flights and a short walk to the garden. we are happy to pee pad train her in the kitchen, but wonderd if it was worth taking her outside still?

how would i go about getting it into her head that she can go on her pee pads and outside?
