JMO, but if someone is giving away their Yorkie it means they don't want them anymore. To ask if they have performed a whole battery of tests on them doesn't really seem right. If those are tests you want to have done, fine so be it. This person isn't charging anything and thus isn't really responsible to even make sure the dog is UTD on shots. If this was a purchase I would have a different opinion. Probably if the truth be known, the dog is still not potty trained. We all know that it seems those little Yorkies are hard to train 100%. Add that to the fact that people have to work and are away for those hours to. Again, this is all just my opinion. But I do hope you get them and the price is right!!!!
