I would not get a pit bull even with out a yorkie..
They can be sweet dogs..depends on the way thy are raised..
but that breed gets stollen alot also and there jaws inter lock and they do not release..so I have heard..
Is your husband trying to scare you off from get a small dog..??
ask him if he would like a lab or a husky, they are remarkable dogs
