for the time being, that pup needs not to be fed again for 24 hours and only be given small amounts of water so as not to become dehydrated. Food and large amounts of water will probably just make him throw up again. the eyes can be wiped with warm water on a cotton ball. That pup should be seen by a vet when they open. if he has to wait till monday for the vet then here is what i suggest as far as feeding and water. No food for 24 hours, this will give his digestive tract a break and get the last bits of diarrhea out. Small amounts of water are ok every couple hours. If during that 24 hours there is no more vomit then tomorrow night for dinner he can try giving the pup a small amount of boiled chicken and rice. maybe about a tablespoon amount. If this is kept down he can have another tablespoon two hours later. and so on. the pup probably has an upper respiratory infection which would explain the gooey eyes. How long has he had the pup? is it sneezing as well? or coughing?
