I freeze both yogurt and peanut butter and I stuff bits of whatever treats I have in there too. Harley gets his breakfast in his round kong everyday. He eats the small bites nutro so he has to roll the ball along w/ his nose so the pieces will fall out. He loves it
But no matter what you put in your pups kongs make sure you clean them well w/ hot water and soap after every use.
