The week before they whelp, their temp can be pretty low, some bitches go within the lower 99 degrees in my experience. She's probably just right for pre-whelping. You'll see as you start to monitor and record, you'll find her baseline. Then'll she'll probably drop to the lower 98 degrees and she'll whelp next week, we hope.
