I went the breeder for a boy, but my girl was the friendliest, sweetest and cuddliest of the whole litter, so we chose her instead. She is mommy's girl but gets so excited when my husband comes home. Plus my husband said he would not allow a boy dog to wear bows. I agree with the other posters about it being an indivdual dog personality thing. Good luck with your choice.
