That is not all that goes into "quality pet food". Are you aware that euthanized pets also go into it? Not to be gross here but I have been telling friends for years to really check out what is in their pet food. I personally would never feed anything without checking out the ingredients and understanding fully what exactly they consisted of.
What is happening is terrible and I feel so sorry for every one who has lost a pet or whose pet is ill from this. I am however happy that it has brought dog food and what goes in it to light. Maybe now they will develop stricter regulations but if not at least more people will be more interested in what exactly they are feeding their dog. It is to easy to believe the claims of "quality" food without researching further. |
