I am sorry but this is just not right. I have a feeling that this story is not real. I would rather believe this is some kind of cruel joke to get attention rather than think there are people out there that would let a dog suffer with two broken legs(at least it sounded like there were two legs broken).
I had deffended you earlier, now I think you need to wait till you are older before you get another dog.
I myself would have called animal control on my parents, I would never let my baby or anyones baby suffer like that.
I have nothing else to say that would be appropriate now.
