try soaking her feet when you are giving her a bath..this will soften the nails and the wont' "click" so loud. just cut the tips off. I don't like doing it either but, they need to be done. Depending on how often you bathe her/him I would cut them every other bath. Just to let you know, they are coming out with a new clipper. It's called quick finder. I posted this a while ago. They haven't come out with them yet but, if you go to their site you can be put on a list that will send you an e-mail when they out.
