Default Should I risk getting a Yorkie when my apartment doesn't allow pets?

I really badly wanna get a Yorkie. I'm a stay at home wife and have all the time in the world to take care of a Yorkie puppy and give it the love and attention that it needs. Theres only one problem. We just got a apartment that doesn't allow pets and the manager supposedly lives right above us. I don't know yet b/c we havn't moved in yet. Do you guys think I should just wait to buy a puppy when my husband deploys in 2008 or take the chance and get one now? Last time I had a Yorkie she didn't bark much at all but that was that one Yorkie. Do other Yorkies bark alot? Do you think theres a good chance I'd get caught? I'd be with her or him all the time so it would get lots of attention and hopefully not bark much. I know this is a stupid question but I've been debating on risking it for a few days now but want some more advice on what I should do.

Thanks,
Christen
