Haruka is trained to go outside and also go on peepad. I am glad that I trained her that way since it is hard to take her out in rainy and snow days. I used to dog sit my friends' dogs who go only outside to pee and poop... it was the hardest thing. I rarely leave Haruka at home alone, but when I have a long day and a meeting somewhere else. I feel better about leaving her home because she wouldn't hold.. She would go on peepad... and I have the big playpen for things like that.
