I think sometimes people use questions as a way to reach out for whatever reasons - maybe they don't know how to use SEARCH, or maybe they just really need to ask a question.
even with repeat topics there's always different people posting on each so if you look at it that way - it really isn't the same thing over and over
my peeve is when I see titles like....
HELP ME !!!! NEED ADVISE !!! and you open it and it's about someone needing a name for their dog or something. LOL ....smack !!

The SEARCH feature is great but when it comes to connecting with people ...a post is the best way....After being here as long as I have, I may skip over posts that I've seen a ton of times UNLESS that person only has a few replies...then I try to say something...
One way to help is look for the posts with the smallest amount of replies - you never know who's day you'll make a little nicer by taking the time to post to them.
