Shame on the adults for the treatment of this dog, they should be reported to the ASPCA for crulty to animals (poor baby will probably bleed to death) I can't imagine such a stone heart to leave him out all night !!!!
Sweety, if this is the second dog that get run over then you should not get any other pets I'm sorry, but I can't say anything nice so I will sing off!!! I will pray for him !!! I will not be able to sleep thinking of this poor dog.
