My cocker spaniel needs the steps for my bed. She normally sleeps on the floor on her own bed but lately has wanted up on mine. I think it is because she is older now and her joints her hurt so it feels better to lay on my bed. But she can't jump up on my bed anymore, she use to when she was younger. And I have a hard time lifting her up and it is really hard on me. Yet if I don't lift her up she ends up hurting herself trying to get up to my bed.
So I saw some pet stairs at Walmart for 19.99, the as seen on tv ones, but it never said how high the steps were. | Our bed is really high so hubby put one set on top of a heavy duty crate (upside down) and attached it. Then we set a second set in front them - it works great for Mia. We're going to attach the the front set - just haven't yet. I always check them for Mia and make sure they stay close. I'd like to see someone make some replacement covers for these out of some better fabric...
