We found that these Yorkie babies are a determined lot!! If they want up ... by golly ... they are going to get up! So ... because we were cautioned about the little knees, we make sure that Toto has an easy way up onto beds, sofas, etc. and a soft landing when she comes down!
We put "step ups" for higher places and lower places we just toss a couple of pillows and it works beautifully for us!!
She is tooo funny ... if she wants to sit with us [even if there is a "boost" available for her], she sits up and "speaks" and I swear she says "Up!"
