This is horrible. The dog rescuer in me comes out right now. I dont want to sound harsh but at this moment I could care less about what feelings the people are having because all that I am thinking about is how that poor dog is suffering laying out in the yard. He should be on his way to the emergency vet. And if he isn't then he should be in the house. Plain and simple.
