I think, and this is just my opinion, when someone is worried about the "fur babies" it goes beyond just searching for an answer. People that feel fear like this sometimes also want the support of others. To have a person just post, "I don't have any answers for you, but your dog is in my thoughts."...well, maybe a person that is worried wants answers but also that reasurance. As much as we can through a computer, it is nice to comfort that person that is scared/worried. So yes, I see your point, but I think that when a person posts a question about their "fur baby", they want a personal answer. I hope I am making sense.
