That's exactly what I said! They said the manufacturing plant wasn't in Canada - it was here in the U.S.A. To save a few pennies, they imported wheat that killed (I heard last night on TV around seven hundred and some) pets. They could have had all of the wheat they wanted here.
I wonder if it would be any different when making bread for humans.
