Hungry plaintiff attorneys will file the suit, then wait for the defendants to prove or disprove their case. It costs them much less this way. Plus, they figure in the heat of the moment, the defendants will want to settle. Easy bucks for the plaintiff attorneys. There is no justice in our legal system!
