Sorry things are not working out for your baby and Grandma's house, but the long and short of it is that it is your responsibility to have him in a place that is safe, if you are not happy with the surroundings you leave him in then don't leave him there!!! Have you tried leaving him home while you are in school? My little man stays home about 60% of the time while I'm at work (I have the luxury of brining him to the office when feesible) and he has always been fine, I leave a little radio on for him so he hears voices etc... so he doesn't feel so alone.
