If they need them, it isn't cruel. My mother hated them and so did Peeka Boo, but when we had this ice/snow storm, we put them on him and he was so happy to have them. If its like 70 degrees and somebody just thinks its cute to put a dog in sandals, then its kind of unnecessary. |
